Whether working with you in person, or via phone, video, or online chat, Heather’s connection with Spirit is the same high quality–the only difference is in the method of relaying their messages to you.

Heather is currently able to use ZOOM, SKYPE, or FACETIME.
After booking your video reading, some guidelines will be emailed. The video link for your reading may be sent shortly after your booking,or emailed the day or/just prior to, your session.
Be sure your camera and microphone are working on your device. It is recommended to download the ZOOM app to your device so that you are able to record your experience! (Or, Heather will record for you).
Should any tech difficulties arise on either end that cannot be remedied, Facetime can also be used, or Heather will provide a phone reading. Please understand there will not be any change of fee if it becomes necessary to switch to a phone reading due to technical issues on either end. Heather cannot be responsible for technical difficulties or any issues that may arise in recording or delivering the recording of your reading. You are encouraged to record on your end!
